I've created a 'Contact Us' form but what I really need now is an 'E-mail Alerts' form for my site. Does anyone know how I can go about doing this in Dreamweaver?

I just want to add a small form that says 'Sign up for E-mail Alerts' and then an input box and a Submit button. Is this possible in dreamweaver? Do I have to create a php page? Or is there a site that will allow me to custom make this form so I can just copy and paste the code?

Firstly how did you create your contact form was this php?
And how are you responding to the user who uses the email alerts is this going to be something you do manually.

I actually created the contact us form using emailmeform.com

And it will be something I do manually. What I want to do is add every e-mail address that get's submitted through the E-mail Alert form to a group on my e-mail server so that every time I want to notify them of something I can just send a quick message.

The form itself is built the same way you did the contact form. Same principle.
