If you look at this site: http://www.uniteddelivery.org/ in firefox you can see that the gloss in my banner is shifted down a few pixels. It only does that in Firefox too, what do you guys think is doing this?

Unfortunately it is your code and approach which is causing this. You are positioning things using empty paragraph tags and that isn't really what they are for. Your design is also broken in Chrome.

Why not create your whole header/banner as one image in photoshop and then add and position it in a single div tag? Also, png graphics don't work in IE6 and below.
