I just found curious to create a layout that is Dynamic, when the browser expands or contracts, the Layout does also. Here is an example of this:

Hi Chapo

You will need to use % widths on your divs so that they are a % of the browser window. fixed width layouts use exact widths in px or em usually. So for liquid layout you might have three columns say 20% width 60% width and another 20% width. These will resize with the browser window.

But inside the div... do i need a table or with the div is enough to achieve this ?

Just use divs , the above suggestion will give you 3 fluid columns, content you put in the columns is for you to choose but as a general view do not use tables for layout design
