Gday all,

Trying to create a single page website, with nested tables.

My setup is as follows :

Single table cell at top for header, followed by 6x1 cell for nav, then main cell for content.

What i am trying to do is have the links in the nav cells open a new page into the main cell. I have tried a couple of variations, with no success. Will i have to resort to frames ? :(

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Why does it have to all be on one page? Can you just do a multi page website?

kolonel welcome to the forums! :)
The nature of the web is that it consists of pages with unique URL's. I'd stay away from using frames or any other technique that makes your website less useable and harder to use.

The question of opening a link in another frame was asked less than a week ago, search is your friend ;)

Thank you for the quick responses.

I tried those examples, but when i click on the link, it opens it on a new page. Am i missing something, or should i post the code i have ?
