Hi, im new here and great forum i have a question, im doing a school project and im doing it on motorsports im suppose to make a site and for my index page im going to make an enter button if you kno what i mean, so i made an image in photoshop with multiple car pictures faded in and out, but i keep repeating and looks ugly i want the picture to be centered in the middle of the page, like space on all 4 sides but cant manage to find out whre i can do that so it stops repeating so please tell me how to do it im using dreamwaver mx8)

Change the body css to...

body {
background-image: url(background%20copy.JPG);
background-attachment: scroll;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position: center;
}


Also, try not to use spaces in file names. If you need to break words up use - or _ i.e. background_copy.jpg

Thanks buddy, appriciate it a lot, is it ok with you since im new to web design and photoshop, if i could pm you my questions if thats not a problem, for beginner i would say im pretty good for a beginner in dreamweaver, thanks for the help.

Hi Stojanovic

Why not post your questions in the forum? That way other new designers get to learn from the answers as well. I won't be able to answer all your questions anyway. :)
