Hello,

I am a creative director that works on print design. However, I am very interested in learning Dreamweaver. I want to design a website for myself and then for my freelance clients.

Sorry, because I'm sure this question has been asked a billion times, but do you all have a recommendation on the best way to learn the program? I was considering taking online classes through the Art Institute, but the program was going to be very expensive and lengthy. I don't mind paying money to learn the program, but they wanted me to take all sorts of other classes.

Any recommendations and examples (good or bad) would be appreciated.

Thanks!

what you need to learn FIRST is html and css, then how to use them in dw
see, otherwise you'll end up slicing designs in photoshop and exportiong them as tables!! :(

Thank you for the advice. I'll start learning on the tutorials and the listed websites. I'm sure I'm just as green as I feel, but hopefully all goes well. Forums like this are great. Thanks for the help.
