I've seen sites that open in a specific size window that doesn't have scroll bars an all content is contained within that window. The project I have now requires a fixed browser window at 816x864 pixels that I have to work in. How do i do this. Sorry I hope that made sense

you cant control the size of a browser window, you can set the size of the content and centre it for example

You could have a splash page with a javascript link opening a popup window with a specific width and height. Use the openwindow behavior.
