Its not a website that's why.

Its just a bunk of images linked and saved as html.

This is not web design mate, if some one viewed your site via a screen reader the wouldn't get anything of any use.

This site needs building again from scratch using Divs and CSS.

If you really do have the time on inclination at least optimise your images properly using Photoshop or similar so they are smaller in file size.

do you think i can use templates to do it? I have very little time. when i started doing this web i did it in photoshop as image(at work and didn't have it at home) now i have at home and all this as one big jpg file which i used highlighted and activated as buttons.
now when i do have this in photoshop should I sliced it and post or do it in templates????????

To be perfectly honest the design isn't that great anyway so I would start from scratch, its like the other design you showed us its too small and cramped, like Rob said let your work breathe, don't fear white space.

Have a good look around and get some inspiration, that's what I do, take a few screen grabs of some stuff you like, not the whole of a page just certain aspects, if you do the whole of a page you may copy.

If you insist on using this design it needs to be cut in sections, optimised and then assembled with Divs and CSS.

The menu for instance down the left hand side, this doesn't need a single image, this would be an unordered list styled with CSS.

Its a bit cheeky in my opinion if you are charging this cafe to be using templates.

If you are doing it free of charge then fair enough.

Do you charge for this work? You're a lucky man if you get money for this kinda stuff.
