Truly a splash age but for me it lacks enough contrast and makes it not so easy to read.
Any chance of enticing you away from tables?

that's quite ugly!

it's far too muted - not in a classy way.

no doctype

poor quality images

ugly link colours around the boxes

it looks like a fair attempt from the mid 90s.
start again and lose the tables

you need to add border 0 over your image links, in iE it looks bad

Sorry katecher but I would start again.
There are better ways of displaying your work too, there are tons of gallery tutorials around. Try one (or two or three)
Don't be afraid of white space either !
Let your work... brreaattthheee,,,,,, haha!

It doesnt look like you designed it before you started sticking it together...
Design as you would one of your tickets and then try to emulate it (or something similar) using CSS.

don't be hash

Sorry - what I was thinking when I wrote that was it would be easier to start again than try and fight your way out of the corner you've made yourself (because of the way it's built).

Have you looked at any of the templates on here ?
It's a good place to start. Download one and change some numbers and see what happens.
That's not meant to be patronising, it's exactly what I did ! :)

katecher

Delicious fruit

·Lots of white space
·Very clear CSS / DIVs
·Contact forms
·Works in Design View

what do you think about that???

I don't think Rob meant for you to download one and use it for your final design (although you can and you are more than welcome to do so). I think he meant download one and pull it apart, see how it works and all fits together...play with the numbers

If you work it out you can start to apply the principals to your own design ideas.

is it cost any money to download any templates from this site?
If I will decide to go with templtes, i have a lot of questions.
what should i do first with all my files in DW, should I delite them and define a new website?
also how can i put all images and buttons and text on that template?
should i go to photoshop and save all my images separetly so i can use them as my buttons?????

hmm... ok...

They are all local route paths.
You need a separate image folder like you have on your site now.
img src="/images/headerLogo.jpg" etc...

Did you set the site up yourself ?
