Can i here some feelings about frames? i have in the past used them a lot because i though you wouldn't have to reload so many elements if they were going to stay on there anyway.... but i here so much that they are bad. I kinda liked how they make a page look. Should I just forget about them?

Basically, 'yes'. Unless you have a good reason for using them like showing a site in a site.

Adding... But don't mix up Frame sets and iFrames... They are basically the same thing, only iframe does not need a frameset and can be placed anywhere.
