Password saving site.

Iv had an idea to creat awebsite that will allow you to log in and from your home page you can add buttons that once clicked will redirect you to the said site and it will automaticaly enter your username and password.

My problem is this, im a new user to dreamweaver and to coding. So is it even possable to create a code or script that will fill in the username and password fields?
