Hi all - I am new to web design and even newer to Dreamweaver CS3, so I'll probably ask some really dumb questions!

Is it possible to have links on the same page show up in different colours? I have an example on www.ikps.info (http://www.initialimpressionsphotographyanddesign.com/ikps.info) (an unfinished site) where I want the links on the index to be gold because it works really well, but links in the actual text (especially on the How You Can Help page) would look so much better in black (maybe bold too). How can I achieve this?

Also, how do I get rid of the blue/purple borders on the images that have links (like the Koala Rescue and Help Us Fight boxes on the website above)?

Cheers,
Fred

Hi Fred and welcome to the forum (and web design). I had you second problem a few weeks back and found that putting...

img {
border: 0;
}t

...into my style sheet removed the borders from linked pics. I think (I might be wrong) that the extra borders are only shown in Internet Explorer. :)

Sweet - that's worked a treat!

Thanks heaps.

I'm looking forward to resolving the other issue too. It's really bugging me!!!
