Hi, I have recently installed Linux on my PC and I am trying to install Dreamweaver. When I try to install it the files are extracted and the installation process begins, but I can't find the file installation on my drive, I can only find the dreamweaver cs3 with its contents in my downloades but not installed. Any ideas anyone?

Dreamweaver isn't available for Linux, only mac os and Windows.

How did you manage to install it?

Yes I am using WINE on Linux for Dreamweaver - the process is working apart from the installation on the drive.

where you can argue all day long about Macs. DJ started it so you won't be hijacking someone else's thread and those who care can join in.

No you don't.
I'll start giving infractions to people that hijack threads if this goes on.
Back to topic. Anyone care to help out the Original Poster?

i havent looked for a while but WINE would only work with DW up to a certain version, there is another app which works with later (cross office?, maybe) i would check for compaibility, perhaps in freshmeat
