just learning to design my website with DW8.

what are peoples opinions with putting all content on your pages into tables?

does this help or not? does it keep the site nice and tidy?

all i've got at the moment are images, text, graphics and perhaps a SWF file.

what are peoples opinions with putting all content on your pages into tables? Not really how it's done. Think of a table like an excel spreadsheet. It's for tabular data.
Look into developing web standard website with HTML for structure and CSS for design.

Is like going on friends of the earth and asking, so how do you feel about this green house effect?

Check out some of the tutorials on this site and start to learn CSS.

Hi Homedeeth.

The guys are right. Don't design with tables. Start reading about CSS here...

http://www.adobe.com/devnet/dreamweaver/articles/css_concepts.html

Also, there is a button in the green menu bar (which everyone loves so much) called 'Tutorials and Articles'. Try there as well.

You can always ask questions here.

Good luck

Sorry Homedeeth, you must think we're right awkward sods.

All the links on the home page do work.

See http://www.dreamweaverclub.com/tutorials.php

Click on any of the CSS links they all work for me.
