The expanding menu on the right hand side of this website, how is this done.

I've used Lightbox for images etc, is it something similar?

Lightbox uses the same JS framework as that menu is using (my guess), JQuery.

I did something similar to that... but it was with hide-show elements behavior.

Yes it is similar to what you did Chap although on the Boagworld site in animates.

I like your website Chapo, its nicely done.

It can be done with spry.

I used it here: http://www.copypaste.tv/about.html

You would just need to play around with the css to get it the way you want it.

thats the one mate, did you do this with just the standard tools in Dreamweaver CS3?

Wh don't you like it Death Dream? its a good way to use space I think and it looks good although I prefer them to scroll on rollover rather than click and is not as obvious when you need to click.

I quite like them as a space saver if you want your whole design to fit on the page rather than scrolling down. As long as you have the most important info displayed when the page opens then they are quite smart.
