Hi
I'm really pleased to have found this site. I would class myself as an intermediate user of Dreamweaver who can spend longer than necessary "bashing my head against a brick wall" so I'm hoping that I can get some help when needed and that I can also give the benefits of my experience to others.

Hi Dubaco, welcome to the forum. I love the noobs and the great questions they ask  but it's good to have some more experience here as well.

By the way, I carry a big old knife...it's just that DJ doesn't know

I thought this forum had only three rules...

1. Don't paste the same question twice (or three times come to that).
2. Don't build your website using tables and then ask questions about why it doesn't look right in Firefox or Safari...cos you'll always get the same answer and you won't want to hear it.
3. Everyone must leave a Viz Top Tip.

I'm hanging on to my knife for now...there are hoodies out there :x

Viz Top Tip: Deter goldfish from having sex by throwing a small bucket of air over any that you catch in the act.

Viz Top Tip: HOMELESS people. Lighten your load by not buying a dog!

Viz Top Tip SUBMARINE designers. Why not put any water pipes on the outside of the sub ? That way, if they burst due to a torpedo or depth charge, there is no harm done!

Viz Top Tip: TAXI drivers. Why not pop into the garage and ask them to fix your indicators lights for you so that other motorists know where the hell you're going.

Can we do a thread of these??

One more (cos it just made me lol)...Viz Top Tip: Bus drivers. Pretend you're an airline pilot by wedging your accelerator pedal down with a heavy book, securing the steering wheel with some old rope, and then strolling back along the bus chatting casually to the passengers

So who gave the new guy my sneakers to throw up on the wires????

Viz Top Tip: DRILL a one inch diameter hole in your refrigerator door. This will allow you to check that the light goes off when the door is closed.
