I'm a newbie with Dreamworks and never designed a website before using it. I sent my web page to friends to get their opinion on it and one of them replied that there was no scroll bar when they used Mozilla. The site is www.russcapes.com (http://www.russcapes.com) Any suggestions as to how to fix that problem and any suggestions on how to improve the site is appreciated. Keep in mind that I have enough knowledge about what I am doing to be dangerous.:lol:

Thanks in advance,

Jerry

Morning Jerry

I think your friends are viewing the site on large(ish) monitors or on a high screen resolution. If the whole page fits the screen you will not get scrollbars. It does the same on my monitor here at work. Unfortunately you have a bigger problem...the navigation bar at the top 'breaks' in IE6 (and probably lower). It appears half way across the screen and down the page from where it is in IE7 (and probably Firefox etc.) Go to www.browsershots.org (http://www.browsershots.org) and type in your full home page address and you'll get screenshots from a whole heap of browsers and you should see what I mean. I like the design though.

No Corrosive there is a problem with this site it doesn't scroll in Safari I've tried it even in a small window, not sure why though.

Don't take me the wrong way but I think the design needs some work.

Apologies :( for that. Very odd problem to have. I don't think I could achieve that if I tried! Do make sure you look at that broken nav bar as well though.

Not sure but I think it will be a CSS property that has removed the scroll bars. Look for something like

overflow: auto;

remove position:fixed; from the body tag and you should be good.
