Also check out http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/ but ExtJS is very powerful but you need to really know JS quite well to make use of it and extend it. I use ExtJS drag and drop trees for many sites, it is the best nested list drag and drop edit/add/delete out there. I wish I had the time to learn it inside out.

I hope you are keeping copies on a USB Drive, if you ever leave you will have loads of work to show your new employer :-D

Go where the money is and do what you enjoy the most. I would imagine teaching would be far more fun and rewarding than working for one company as you do now.

If you are teaching I am enrolling! But I already went to school for IT and got my degree >.> Are you teaching in web coding like java and php? That's what I need. (Only watched the first few vids you posted so far)

Also, I always say I go where the money is lol.
