Ok I have used simple viewer to make galleries but it has its own HTML index page. I want to integrate the code from that page into a pre designed page so I can keep my site pages the same....

This is the code the of the page the gallery will go...

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<title>C.S.Photography</title>
<style type="text/css">
<!--

body,td,th {
font-family: Calibri, Trebuchet MS, Verdana;
color: #FFFFFF;
}
body {
background-color: #000000;
background-image: url();

}

}
.header {color: #000000}
.imageright {
float: right;
margin-bottom: 10px;
margin-left: 10px;
margin-top: 10px;
margin-right: 0px;
}
.footer {
border-top-style: dashed;
border-top-width: 1px;
}
#wrapper {
width: 700px;
margin-right: auto;
margin-left: auto;
margin-top: 0px;
}
#main {
margin-top: -30px;
}
-->
</style>
<script src="../SpryAssets/SpryMenuBar.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<link href="../SpryAssets/SpryMenuBarHorizontal.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<style type="text/css">
<!--
.style2 {color: #FFFFFF; }
-->
</style>
</head>

<body>
<div id="wrapper">
<div id="page">
<div align="center"><span class="header"><img src="../Images/Banner.gif" width="700" height="67" /></span> </div>
<div id="navi">
<ul class="MenuBarHorizontal header" id="MenuBar1">
<li>
<div align="center"><a href="../index.html">Home</a> </div>
</li>
<li>
<div align="center"><a href="../aboutme.html">About Me</a></div>
</li>
<li>
<div align="center"><a href="../Landscape Gallery/landscapegallery.html" class="MenuBarItemSubmenu">Galleries</a>

<li><a href="landscape Gallery.html">Landscape</a></li>

<li><a href="#">Panorama</a></li>
<li><a href="#">HDR</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Buildings</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Digital Art</a></li>
</ul>
</div>
</li>
<li>
<div align="center"><a href="../contact.html">Contact Me</a></div>
</li>
</ul>
</div>
<p class="header">&nbsp;</p>

<div id="main">
<h1 align="left" class="style2">&nbsp;</h1>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p align="left" class="style2">&nbsp;</p>
</div>
<div class="footer" id="footer">
<p class="style2">&copy;Copyright C.Scott 2008
<script type="text/javascript">
<!--
var MenuBar1 = new Spry.Widget.MenuBar("MenuBar1", {imgDown:"SpryAssets/SpryMenuBarDownHover.gif", imgRight:"SpryAssets/SpryMenuBarRightHover.gif"});
//-->
</script>
</p>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</body>
</body>
</html>

This is the code of the gallery page that I want to integrate into the above....

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

put simply head parts go into head section body in body. The most likely problems you might experience are divs or classes having the same name and causing a conflict, check the css sheet mentioned to :
/Landscape Gallery/styles.css
