hey guys look i've just made a site for my uni assignment and when i test it in firefox and safari it all works fine but the problem i have when i test it in ie explorer it somehow cuts of part my images where i have used ap divs im not sure how to fix it im sure it would be something easy but and help would be really appriciated. here is a screen shot of the problem. please reply asap its due tomorow

It looks the same in ie(6) and firefox, you will often likely run into to problems using absolute divs though. I would recommend relative positioning in future.

ok thanks for that.. im only fair new to dreamweaver i really need it to be spot on to pass the assesment how am i able to change it to relative positioning?

i tried the relative positioning and i moves them away from the arrows. is there any way i can do it keeping them in the same spot but getting rid of the overlapping?

If you're using PNGs with alpha transparency I would suggest you use GIFs instead if you need a quick, reliable fix.
