Just created my first website for my own music and online graphics portfolio.
It was created with Photoshop and Dreamweaver8 & CS3, with a wee bit of flash on the intro page.

Everything seems to be fine in Internet Explorer but
on Firefox there is nothing but my body div background colour.

Can anyone advise me here of what I have done wrong.
My site is http://www.escapademusic.co.uk

Thank you all Ricky.

Welcome to the forums rickster!
You set a negative z-index on your wrapper div. Remove it and it should all show up. :-)

PS: please don't cross-post.

Thanks for quick reply Domedia. I checked it out & I see what you mean with the 'z' index, damn z index... everytime.ha!

I mean this is my first site I designed after a wee 4 month course then I have just been learning at home. So this is giving me a taste for my next one.
Any idea why the high quality mp3 that I used in the intro page Flash movie sounds metallic? I do know that Flash compresses it's files within a movie but on other peoples sites their flash music is of good quality.
Thanks a lot so far.
I want cross post as you mentioned mate.

You might want to post this question in the flash forum here, so the flash people can look at it.

Welcome!
Have you loaded the music file to the Flash Library?
If so it will be compressed (I believe)... the best way is to load it from XML.
I'd keep your music and graphics seperate.

There is a great tutorial here about building an MP3 player...

Good luck !

Hi Rob,
Yeah I imported to the flash library, I wasn't wanting to include it in the flash movie, but I wanted my intro page movie to loop with the music.

But I want to keep high quality mp3
So I have asked in the flash forum.
Thanks for the link tutorial
