I'm struggling with getting this banner to sit at the top of the screen for this page I'm trying to place a head on my page just using html simply in the centre and at the top. unfortunatley its hovering in the centre but not at the top of the page. Does anyone know how I can force it to the top?

here is the code I'm working on

ignore most of the javascript thats just refering to a standard dreamweaver navi-bar, although then again for all I know this may be whats altering the position of the image!

Thanks in advance

Sits on the top of the page if I copy and paste it into my editor. Where do you see the banner?
