This is just a standard form, nothing too difficult to do. They'll be loads of tutorials on the web search for "forms in dreamweaver"

Dude, depending on how lazy (or smart) you are...I used this extension to get my form to mail to work. It's great, works every time and even allows you to send file attachments. I know it's 11 but as a 'point and click' solution which is built into Dreamweaver it will probably save you 11 worth of your time. 5 mins compared to hours searching, pulling your hair out, searching again etc.

Beware though. I also purchased a 'so called' star rating system from a similar site and it was gash! Give it a try anyway. Hope this helps.

Well that depends on your view. My time is money and I had no PHP knowledge at all when I was looking to do a form. I got a bit sick of people saying 'oh, use this or that free script' and then spending ages trying to configure it/style it etc. only to delete it and go back and look again. I was glad I spent 11 on the extension as it saved me a lot of time and heartache. I think fabian can make his own mind up.

thats fair enough we all have things to do with our time but the form I suggested needs no great knowledge just an e mail address if i recall and no styling, its just a handler.

In that case, I wish I'd found Dreamweaver Club a little earlier! Apologies, I am just a bit jaded from my experience of Hot Scripts and the like. It's good to offer all the options and then folks can make their own decisions. What is your experience with viruses etc. being generated by form to mail scripts? I have heard some pretty horrific stories (probably from the people who have something to sell) and wouldn't know enough PHP to know if anything is fishy.

Sorry for hijacking this thread btw!
