View Full Version : trouble with IE

I have created my first website and am having a little trouble with IE 6 and 7. However, it works great in FireFox. Once you click past the first page, entering the second (winter.html), only the background shows and not the page.

I added rollover images to that second page and that is when the troubles started. Good ole FireFox does a great job with it but not IE.

Any help would certainly be appreciated. Thanks! :)

Make sure your comments are closed correctly.

So if you have this:
<style type="text/css">

Then you need to have this:

Thank you so much!

Sorry, edbr! I'm so used to linking to names and not just posting only the link, that I did not think.

Another question....the snowflakes in that winter page have rollover images with "flares". If you look at it in FireFox, you can see them. Is there a way to ask IE (politely, of course) if it will render those?

ETA: I tested it in IE 7 and the flares work, however they do not work in IE 6.
