Is there a way to adjust the paragraph space above and space below? Iím not talking about leading and I know about Shift-Return. I mean like in Paragraph Above and Paragraph Below options in InDesign or Word.

Also can this be done within the Dreamweaver design mode? I know nothing about hand coding.

Thanks.

Paragraphs have default margins which I think are ,measured to 1em.
Go into the styles panel, and change the margins for the P tag.

If you want to venture into handcoding this is pretty simple:
p {margin-top: 3px; margin-bottom: 3px;}

Here is a good article on the CSS Box Model. Helps get a basic understanding of margins, padding and how it all fits together
