This is the last thing I need to get done to finish my friend's website and the guestbook that I've setup is working fine in Firefox and Safari but in IE7 the page isn't centered and the background image doesn't show up.

Can anyone see what chunks of code are messing up IE?

The page addresses are: http://www.babygiunta.com/guestbook2/index.php & http://www.babygiunta.com/guestbook2/scrivi.php

You need to clean your css. There is CSS code all over the place, repeated tags, above and below the head. It is hard to manage any page if you have not organized your code in a more legible way.

OK. I had tried to just take the css from one of the html pages on the site and then paste it into the .php pages so that the guestbook would fit in the main div on the page.

Based on what you said about the css, instead of putting the code from an html page in the php page I just added the php code into an html page and then saved it as php.

That sounds confusing even though I just wrote it but if you look at the pages now the code problems should be gone. I tried it in IE7 and no it works just fine, I just didn't know you could put php code in a html page.

Can you look and see if it looks OK to you?
