I'm very impressed to say its done using CSS I love when sites are done this way. I'm a CSS guy and their code looks pretty clean. I didnt look at all of it but its a combination of div tags and div classes.

The site is aspx so I'm guessing all the trips are being pulled from a database.

To accomplish this you'll need to spend a lot of hours my friend. As you say you are a noob to this it wont be easy but if your willing to learn you can ask all the questions here.

Not to many people here are asp guys but a bunch including myself are php which you can accomplish the same task as they did with this language.

If you are needing this asap your best bet is to pay someone. I hope this helps

if your question is how to have data in 'boxes like the site it can easily be done with divisions (layers)
I am sure like was said that this is example is database driven but you can still manually fill these boxes
to get you started..
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<title>Untitled Document</title>
<style type="text/css">
#Div1 {
border:#333333 solid 1px;

<div id="Div1">
<p>whatever yu want to put<br />

What are you looking for exactly? Ed's code will create the frame around your DIV.

<div id="contentholder">
<div id="content">

<div id="uc_main_deals">

<div class="deal">
<div class="dropshadow"></div>
<div class="container">
