I'm trying to create a website for a client only they want an image to cover the whole background.
Here is my design so far (not the best but it's based on their current branding). I guess I could leave it as it is and add all the other info over the top or I could (somehow) put the top logo bar and bottom bar into frames or something?? I want it to look right on the majority of browser display sizes i.e. not too much scrolling involved... Please excuse my lack of knowledge as I'm still new to web design. Basically how would you best approach this? Any advice much appreciated.

Ok, so I've played around with frames and managed to get this far, which is ok, but perhaps there is still a better way of doing this?

I would quite like the text in the top right to stay positioned top right depending on the size of the browser window - is this possible?

another frame...

I think I've kinda found the solution but if anyone has anything to add then please do.

i would stay away from frames if you can manage it at all ;) ...

and you have a typo: it should be "Nurturing Talent with vision as *its* purest worldwide!

and if you're going to lay text over that background you're going to have to fade it out a bit more as the text won't be easily read over the mountains

More on the typo.

It could be "Nurturing Talent with Vision as it's Purest Worldwide!"

But using "at its" changes the meaning and sounds more natural to me.

yeah definitely a typo - it should be 'at its'. The problem with working late at night. Cheers guys for pointing it out.

Just use div tags so you can stay away from frames.
edit the css to your specs, and the rest is a piece of cake.

Your css/////////////////////////////////////////

.header {
width: 100%;
height: 150px;

.mainbody... and so forth and so on...

the html /////////////////////////////////////////////////

<div id="header">
Header Goes Here

<div id="mainbody">
Main content here

<div id="footer">
Ur footer here
