Hi,
im currently scaling up an asp application from access to SQL Server (http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1408399&page=1#)...

one of the things i need to do is convert things like:

IsDate(colName)

to sql server (http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1408399&page=1#) compliant:

IsDate(colName) = 1

I need to run a regular expression search and replace on the IsDate(colName) and make it so it replaces it with IsDate(colName) = 1

obviously, the bracketed value (colName) must remain the same.

any ideas?

Go to code view in DW, hit control F (apple F on a MAC). Then under the Find field put in IsDate(colName) and in the replace field put in IsDate(colName) = 1
I would then click replace instead of replace all, so you can see if it is replacing the correct code.

You can change what you want it to replace it with on each and every find. As far as I know, you would have to do this for every page.
