picture one is my webpage picture two is the vertical slide show from photoshop. as you can see i tried to customize it in dreamweaver but not quite getting it right maybe because the slide show has frames i have no idea. i'm afraid of looking at another program because it took me months ust to get the hang of dreamweaver and photoshop .

this little idea of mine to customize this vertical slide show on my webpage might be a little too ambitious for me unless i find a tutorial that tells me what to do but i've not any luck yet. i will go take a look at this program of yours to see if it's easy

yes i do want a gallery within my current website. the green space on the left is where i was hoping to put the vertical scrol thingy with thumnails and the yellow content box is where the large image would show. is that possible of too hard?

Put all the thumbnails in a div with a scroll, see this tutorial for the scrollbar:
http://www.dreamweaverclub.com/css-scroller.php

Then use the behaviors panel to add an onclick event on the thumbnails. The event should of course be to change the source of the larger image.

hey thanks domedia. i think this will solve my problem and doesn't look too hard to aaccomplish with that tutorial above.  look much easier than trying to customize the photoshop slide show!
