I would like to put a guestbook on my site, however its an external link.


How do I show that page within one of my pages say in a 600px width container?

Thanks David, by the way I have changed my header and it looks so much better now, it did need it.

That isnt what I was looking for, I want ppl to open my guestbook link when I add it to my site, my header, left nav and footer will all be in place and the guestbook will show in my main content area.

Just not quite sure how to do it.

You're looking for an iframe I think:
<iframe src="http://www.otherwebsite.com/file.html" height="400" width="400">

An iframe is made to display data from an external page into your own website.
