I'm looking for really good information on how to create a HTML Email Newsletter. Can you guys post any info on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

I've searched the forum for answers and got what I was looking for but I'm still confused on one thing. How is the text file created for this? Also, I'm testing it on Mac Mail if that helps.

basically paispais you must code an email newsletter in tables, with absolute links and absolute image paths. No css allowed (if u want ur email to work in all email clients) also no colspans allowed

Thanks for the reply chriskq. I've designed an email newsletter using what you mentioned above. It looks and works great, though, during my research on email newsletters I came across some info that mentioned multipart-alternative format. Explaining how important it is to embed the email with both the plain-text version, and the HTML version, of the message. How is the plain-text version embedded into the email? From viewing the source of other email newsletters I've received, the plain-text looks something like this here.
