View Full Version : Vertical Height probs over different resolutions

Hi all,

I am building a website that for the most does not have any scroll bars, ie. it fits the screen. The problem I'm having is that when a visitor has a res above 1024 x 768 there is white space at the bottom of the screen. The width is fine and resizes according to browser width but how can the height stretch to fill the screen on larger resolutions. I'm using layers and tables and have set the heights to 100% but they still stop short of the browser height.

Also, I have a logo on the left of the screen that I would like to always be in the bottom left corner over different resolutions.

Any guidance would be great, thanks.

What happens if you set the bottom margin to 0?

Here's the code:-

if using css:
body {margin-bottom: 0px;}

<body bottommargin="0">

You may need to replace the body with table or the name of your layer
