Right now, When I use the first submit button this will placed data into my MYSQL database. The second submit button I want to be able to either send and email and/or echo the $_POST before it is sent to the database. Sort of view the data before inserting it into the database.

do you type this data into a field?

if so, do you need to preview it twice?

also could you not tick a checkbox when wanting to email before you submit?

you can do as you want though if you need it done that way

Ok... I get what your saying. For instance you could have a couple of check boxes next to the submit button like you are saying to represent different actions. This is a better idea then having 2 or maybe 3 submit button on the same page.

domedia - I'm stuck on the thinking of application programming instead of PHP scripting. I need separate event for different submit buttons. I'm getting better thanks to people like you and davidj

Thank You -- both:wink:
