I'm a beginner and don't know code.

I'm starting with one of the templates provided in dreamweaver - the "spa calender" one. As I add images and text to the top frames it pushes my right margin farther out. I don't know how to stop this.

What should be my right boundaries? I think I want to build my site for 800x600 or 1280x1024.

I know this is such a basic question - but I'd appreciate help.

Hi Jeffrey

Try giving your frame a fixed width. If a frame has a set width then it will stay that width UNLESS it is forced to expand by images which are wider than the set width.

If you have a frame which has a fixed width of say 400px, it will stay that width no matter how much text you put in it. However, if you insert an image which is wider than the 400px then the image will force the frame to expand to the width of the image.

If you want to stop your frame expanding then give it a set width and make sure the image is not wider than the frame width.

See if that helps and if it doesn't it would be good idea to copy and paste the html code into this thread for us to see so we can better help you.
