Hi,

I want to put a white right border on the left cell of the table in the following link:

http://rayfrisby.grungefreak.com/

I have no border at the moment but it is showing an orange border anyway. I know how to set the border using CSS but it isn't working. I am thinking it's something to do with the background image but can't seem to get rid of it.

Any ideas?

Something to do with your tables for sure. Any tables users that can help?

Your left body background copy image is starting to repeat.
Change the width of the table area it is in to smaller or put in a CSS control to make the image not repeat.
Background images automatically start to repeat if the container they are in is larger than the actual image size.
Make the container 1 or 2 pixels narrower.

Seriously though, I used to be a wiz with table layouts when I started in this business, but I switched completely a couple of years ago.

CSS is so tricky, just by moving your css tags around in the css file your page would work or wouldn't work; especially links and hovers. It is a prerequisite to know CSS if you want to use it. (And CSS does not use tags)
