i learnt early on that you cant or its more difficult than you think

best way is to ditch the button generated code and start learning how to fly your self

i never use the panel intergration

i was in the same boat

i was a young asp developer but joined a company that used PHP.

I hated every elevation of that learning curve and vowed that if i won the lottery i would never look at PHP again

A long time has passed now and have done most things in PHP and now find it very useful. The penny dropped! PHP has a function for everything and if it hasnt then someone wrote a class for it

i think PHP is the dogs bo*****s but if i won the lottery i still wouldnt look at it again.. Infact i would employ a lady to do my computing

honestly

stick with it and you will get it

it just "somethin New" syndrome

This might surprise you :)
I just checked the server stats.
#1 Most popular page is the homepage
#2 most popular page is your AJAX tutorial
#3 most popular page is the forum

:D

object orientated programming

all your returns, values, variables are all stored in one place

in games imagine everything about you or the enemy in one location to the colour of clothes to the weapons they use

object called enemy...

enemy -> clothes -> colour
enemy -> weapon -> firepower
enemy -> strength

everything can be accessed this way. This is deemed a better way of programming and seperates your code form everything else.

create an object with values then access that object to get what you need in one place

note: AJAX is not OOP

its a different method of getting data
