There whole document text is size 0, 1, 2, 3
<font face="sans-serif" size="2"> Happy February! I hope you're in the mood for some great entertainment because TiVo subscribers have a lot to love about the shortest month of the year. So, be still your beating heart? We'll count the ways together in this Valentine's edition of the newsletter. </font></p>

size="3" sets the size of the font. 8)
Change it higher/lower to see how the font size changse.

I understand that much but I accustomed to points when dealing with type size how does size relate. Points is for print, it has no use on the web. <font size="2"> is old school HTML which we have to use for HTML emails, due to the limited support for web standards across email clients. I don't even see an option to change to size=. Go into code view and change size=2 to size=3 to se the difference.

and even worse in the future as the latest outlook has had its IE based rendering engine replace with the one out of word!!!
