Hello this is my first post so please be Gentle!

I am just learning CSS design conceptss and have been using the Dreamweaver behavior from Studio VII and it works great but for one issue.

When this page www.jacksonshg.com/newjhg

Loads it is left justified and when it finishes loading it moves to the center where I want it to be for all screen resolutions.

Can anyone help me understand what I am doing wrong and offer a solid fix.

Thanks in advance
Billy

Hello Billy and welcome to the forums!

The javascript you are using from the good guys over at project 7 does not 'execute' the alignment of your content until the whole page is loaded. My guess is that this is the nature of the script, and that you change it.

However, if all you want to do is center the contents of the site, you only need a simple wrapper like described in this tutorial:
http://www.dreamweaverclub.com/css-center-content.php

Thanks Domedia!
I have elected to scrap the plug and play and just code it by hand.

Sometimes it is just easier to take the time.

Thanks though

Thanks alot here is a link to my other project www.thegrillstore.com/grillstore (http://www.thegrillstore.com/grillstore)

This one I started out in tables but I am trying to get away from it cause it just dosent grow like I want it to with the content.

I am sure that I am going to have lot's of qustions as I get a little deeper into it.

Thanks for the support!

Some of the other forums have been brutal to my lack of knowledge in CSS and I just dont get it when I am trying to learn to be a better coder?

But I digress!

Thanks again for the fast response and the kind words!
