perhaps a poll on any submited links to give them a rating

dont think polls get enough interest other than from the regular members

i think the best way would be just to take the tools we find then do a review. This could benefit both the vendor and the site through reciprocation

it would just appear on the front page as favorate tools

think we should have a usefull tools section on the front page before these links get lost A header like 'Software Review" maybe, split into categories?
our own dreamweaverclub bookmarks sections One of the categories could be 'online tools'?
perhaps a poll on any submited links to give them a ratingWisdom og crowds is great, but brings up alot of other issues that is gong to complicate things when we can make something simple to get it up (visitors voting more than once, someone recruiting an outside group to vote etc.)
i think the best way would be just to take the tools we find then do a review. This could benefit both the vendor and the site through reciprocationSounds like a good idea.

I might just move this discussion to it's own thread :)

Another free toy, php coder. I would be interested what you think of this.

what i would like to see is recommended tools

those tools that you have used and keep going back to. We could also have a pool of apps that have been found and are waiting to be reviewed like the one you mentioned.

I glanced at the phpcode IDE and that what it is an IDE. Another scripting pad. Dreamweaver handles PHP just as good as any other IDE.

Their website is shite which didnt work properly for me as i cant see the screenshots. This site is a book selling vehicle with a small hint that they have some software on offer to download.

But lets be fair. The site shouldnt reflect the software so i think that this example could be added to a pool of unreviewd sofware
