I have a website hosted on a server, I set up a domain name for it and set up the web forward for it. It worked for ages then all of a sudden the web forward bit doesn't work. I havn't changed anything it just doesn't go to the forwarded link.

Ok, well could you post your website url? Im not sure what you can do, but does an apche thing or something similar happen when you go to your url? And I don't know if this will help but maybe deleting all of your website files (the ones you have uploaded, make sure the needed ones arnt touched) and republishing might work.

Thanks michael_9992,
that's my next plan should I not hear anything from my recent email enquiries.

u-uh.. I have actually waited more than 3 months on one support ticket to 123reg once... They've probably given me the worst experience I've ever had with a host/domain company. You should never expect to wait more than a few hours for a response, sometimes even quicker than that depending how serious the problem is. Sometimes it's a good idea to start shopping for a new web host you know..

I recommend digitalpacific.com.au
They are brilliant with customer service. They have done so much for me without blinking an eye. They contact you straight away.

They look alright, but for one month of there hosting it costs the same as one years hosting with ehost.net. I really recommened them. I dont know how good support is suppost to be but let just say you will have a reply within 24hrs. I think there good but thats my opinion. I think everyone should post who they use and if there any good, then we can all see who is the supreme!
