Impossible to say, that's just 2 CSS rules. Can you link to your full HTML and CSS page?

That is my full CSS page. What would the code be for a piece of text to change colour when the mouse is hovered over it?

DW has built in help files to teach you everything, there's a learning curve, and you need to take some time learning it :)
