Hi guys VERY sorry to bug you all again, I am sure you all have lives and could do without my 'problems'

I have managed to get this form to work http://www.dentalweb.com.au/form.html

Yet when I have copied that form into this page; http://www.dentalweb.com.au/contactus.html .....it doesnt work, and I am at a loss as to why. Please help if you can, as obviously the page I want to be there when the site is finished is the second one and not the first.

Thankyou for responding, unfortunately I am not really sure what you mean, or how to correct it. Would you be able to copy and paste the offending area into a reply by any chance please.

Thank you I hadnt realised I had the form tag that far up the code and was entering it further down, only to have it continually highlighted in yellow. I have corrected it now, and the form does work, but only in the respect it sends info, it doesnt send the correct info, only x: 30
y: 2

which isnt what I entered when I filled out the form and submitted it. Any more ideas please.

On the non working one you have got only <form>
and as you can see on your working form as Ram posted you do have one.

The ACTION attribute in a form is mandatory, it is what makes the form actually work.
