View Full Version : First Flash Project - not working in web site

Hi all,
I'm brand new here but am glad I found these forums :)

I just created my first flash 8 application using the tutorial included with the software. The finished slideshow tests fine when played in Flash but when I incorporate it into my DW web page and test it, only the text portion of the slide loads - the pictures do not (both worked when tested within Flash). Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be going on. I thought it was perhaps the active x problem mentioned on other forums but this problem exists on both IE and Firefox and I'm not getting a "click to play" message. I can't seem to get what should be a very simple flash application to work and am about ready to give up so I'm hoping someone can set me in the right direction. Thanks!

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. It won't let me "attach" it so I'm copying and pasting below... hope that's okay. The page itself isn't quite done yet... haven't figured out how to write the code for formatting the bulleted text to match the other but am working on it.

Thanks for your help! :)
