is is possible to edit the color of scroll bars that i have around a region..?!?!

if so whats the relevant CSS code

I don't know, but I know it's been given a couple of times in the forum. Also check the scroller tutorial on the homepage.

Yes, you can:

body { scrollbar-arrow-color: #010186; scrollbar-base-color: #dbdbdb; scrollbar-darkshadow-color:#7373b2;
scrollbar-3dlight-color:#eeeeee; scrollbar-highlight-color:#7373b2; scrollbar-shadow-color:#dbdbdb;
scrollbar-track-color:#7373b2}

Be aware that scroll colours are NOT body css properties.
Place them under a heading of:

html {
}

Be aware that scroll colours are NOT body css properties. and part of their problem is that they're not actually CSS at all. It's proprietary browser code made up by Microsoft.

Now that you know how to do it, and the disadvantages, why would you want to do it?
