Lose the entry page. being impatient perhaps I hate waiting for a page to download befoe I get to the content. I also believe that it is not good for search engine purposes

Depending on how professional you want your site to look you may want to consider ways of having a site without banners at the top.

On the links page, it may be a good idea to actually make the links into links (so that when you click on them they take you to the correct pages) rather than making the viewer have to copy and paste.

Also, make sure that all your links are working sites rather than sites under construction e.g. http://badkarmahiphop.com and http://www.basementflavor.com/

Some of your links don't work e.g. the 2 "more" links on the home page but you probably already knew about that anyway!!! :)

About Page: Why have you got a link back to your intro page????

Hope the above helps.

I totally agree with the last few posts.

The choice of website and the start is not clear and not a very profesional way to go, these should just be separate sites. It just makes you look a jack of trades and master of none.

And also the banners, this just makes the site look cheap and unprofessional especially when hosting is so cheap these days.

I would also try to do something with that main graphic, it doesn't really fit in with your company.

Check out my site and let me know what you think as I'm in the same type of business.

Some of the specs are out of date now but you get the idea.

I'm open to suggestions!

There are several improvements to be made on your two web sites.

1) You want to specify the character set on every page, in the <head>, such as:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">

2) You want to get rid of the banners. As another forum member said, web hosting is now cheap.

3) You want separate web hosting for each web site. Again, web hosting is cheap.

4) You want your own registered domain names for each site. Domain names are cheap. See Godaddy.com, for example.

5) You want to get rid of the entry pages. As another forum member said, users are impatient to see content. So are search engines.

6) Put your contact information on every page. Never make users wonder where you are, or how to contact you.

7) After you have done those steps, try validating your code at www.w3.org and make changes to validate your code.

After all that, let us have the new domain names, and we may have more comments on your two web sites.

I like the idea of the site, but I'd defo lose the advertising & invest in a proper domain.
