Oh s*it, just noticed this room.

Hello fellow web designing oddities, you poor people, get out of the game and get a less stressfull & more rewarding job like on an IT Helpdesk.

So, Im Matthew and I Work in the UK (liverpool - am not a scouser though!! :P ) as a fairly average yet underpaid and artistic 'in temprement' web and graphic designer. I have an artistic block more often than not which isnt helped by the piss-poor computer im alocated and the drab uninspiring office i have to work in (what do these people expect).

My portfolio consists mainly of basic HTML web sites with formmail contact forms and all that yesteryear tripe but with what I concider nice layouts and graphics which make the sites pop abit. This excludes those sites requested to look bad by those clients who think they know something about style

I know its bad but I still care little about making sites compliant with obscure  browsers and sticking to Web Standards. If you dont use IE and have a screen res bigger than 800x600 then thats your problem not mine. I am working towards a better attitude

I have been nudged by the managment and some of my own wanting to learn more about PHP and database sites and am currently applying what I have learned so far to joint VB & Web based app for an auction house. So thats where I am at the moment. Think Ive gone on abit too much there... OK, Ill post a couple of links to sites I have made so you can all rip them and destroy my already fragile confidence.

http://www.anjworldwide.com (the first ever site I made for commercial use - I designed the logo here aswell)

Cheers, Matt....
