fitting a page in.....

ok guys i made this noobie layout on ps at 800x600....
but when i save it for web etc etc, put it on dreamweaver
and when i upload it the page looks small.
i know it is bcuz of the 800x600 and my res is 1024x768.
how can i make the page so that it fits full screen in all resolutions, or at least make it fit to 1024 without having to do it again ... :(
also i cant find a way to add content in dreamweaver... i try to add a layer but then when i press enter everything changes places...
any ideas?

Yes it's because it 800x640. Honestly I would do it over, because you created it for smaller size in Photoshop they will still be that size. Some coding will allow the page to expand but it sounds like you made a template in PhotoShop and sliced it out??? There is a tutorial on creating a template in Photoshop (http://www.dreamweaverclub.com/vtm/) and it's called "Dreamweaver Templates" I think the link is down but give it time I am sure they will get it back up. As for adding a layer - when you press enter I believe it's moving your cells/slices down. In the tutorial it explains how to set the slices to they don’t collapse on you. The thing about slices is they are only as big you slice them unless you set it up to be able to expand and not distort your surrounding graphics.
