Hello,
I realize the a:active CSS class does not highlight a menu item while on the page. How can I get the menu link (text) to be highlighted in a different color when I am on the current page. I use the a:link, a:visited, a:hover, a:active often, but I want to be able to have the active link, a different color when I'm on the page. Suggestions?
Thanks!

:active does not mean 'on the current page', it means when the link (element) is in focus.

You need to some server side solution to this, or some really fancy JS>
Anyone?

Do you have an active site we can look at? Please provide the URL.
