hellow everyone,
i have read many many forums and web pages about forms but i just can't grasp everything, i am using dw 8 wich i just got, i know this seems very lazy of me but is possible for any one to upload a very simple email form in dw8 format that works for me to use for reference. all the forums give me the codes but i need to know how to set the button actions as well.i need a form for my band website so that they can request a cd.

this would be very appreciated and anyone who does this for me will recieve a free copie of our album "hinge"-global meltown

thank you all for your time hinge!

making a form is simple

<form id="form1" name="form1" method="post" action="sendmail.php">

<table width="200" border="1">
<td valign="top">name
<input name="name " type="text" id="name " />
<td valign="top"><label>address</label></td>
<td><input name="address " type="text" id="address " /></td>
<td valign="top"><label>city</label></td>
<td><input name="city" type="text" id="city" /></td>
<td height="30" valign="top"><label>zip code</label></td>
<td><input name="zip code" type="text" id="zip code" /></td>
<td valign="top"><label>e </label>
<td><input name="e mail " type="text" id="e mail " /></td>
<td valign="top">comments</td>
<td><textarea name="comments" id="comments"></textarea></td>

<input type="submit" name="Submit" value="Submit" />

the simplest form for sending mail I found was this one
http://www.dtheatre.com download send mail.php. put in your email address and save it as sendmail.php. the instructions on the site are very clear
